Beach Wedding Permit Application

  1. Couples Names
  2. Point of Contact’s Phone Number and Email Address
  3. Each beach wedding permit is for no more than a 5-hour timeframe. This timeframe includes all deliveries, set up and clean up.

  4. St. Pete Beach Public Beach Locations:

    Pass-a-Grille Beach: from 22nd Ave beach access to 1st Ave beach access. 

    Upham Beach: from 71st (North Beach) Ave to 67th Ave (South Beach)

  5. Please specify the beach access point (i.e. between 15th and 16th Ave beach access points on Pass-A-Grille Beach) 

  6. Beach Wedding Fees:

    •St Pete Beach Resident: $100 

    •Non-Resident: $250 

    Beach wedding without commercial support (no equipment, chairs, etc.) under 20 people:

    •St Pete Beach Resident: $50 

    •Non-Resident: $75 


    Permit fees can be made over the phone with a credit/debit card by calling 727-363-9216 or by mailing a check to the address above made out to THE CITY OF ST PETE BEACH. 

  7. Electronic Signature Agreement

    I have read and understand the City of St Pete Beach’s Beach Wedding Rules and Regulation Policy(below). The recipient of a beach wedding permit is responsible to ensure all the rules and regulations are followed. 


    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
