The Warren Webster Building is located in the Historic Pass-a-Gille community. It is an ideal setting for intimate gatherings of up to 100 guests with historic character. Walls are decorated with historical photos from around the community. Association and other groups regularly use this facility to host their meetings and events.

Please note: Limited on-site parking. metered parking long streets.
Fees
- St Pete Beach Residents: $54 per hour (plus tax).
- Non Residents: $60 per hour (plus tax).
A $100 deposit and $150 insurance fee will also be charged whenever food and beverages are served.
