Phase I

Construction of parking area for Public Works and Police facilities, improved drainage and pre-treatment of stormwater, clean-up of underground storage contamination, installation of open green space, trees and sidewalks. A grant has been received for much of the stormwater related improvements and the contamination clean up is in line for state funding. The work on the site will commence as soon as the state contractor completes the clean up. A grant has been received from the State of Florida for the trees and the balance of the project is funded with the Penny for Pinellas.
