Rent the Community Center!

The Community Center, Gym, Pool and Park can all be rented our for meetings, events, receptions and much, much more! Table and chairs are available along with white board, television, microwave and refrigerator (in the Community Center). Contact Mandy Edmunds (727-363-9245) for additional information on rentals and to reserve your spot.

Park Pavilion = $15.00 per hour / $30.00 per hour
Community Center Park = $160.00 per hour / $320.00 per hour

Community Center (Resident/Non-Resident)
Gymnasium = $100.00 per hour / $200.00 per hour
Upham Room = $40.00 per hour / $80.00 per hour
Meeting Room “A” = $40.00 per hour / $80.00 per hour
Meeting Room “B” = $25.00 per hour / $50.00 per hour
Meeting Room “C” = $25.00 per hour / $50.00 per hour
Boca Ciega Room = $60.00 per hour / $120.00 per hour

Pool Rental:
The pool can be rented during the hours the facility is not open to the public for a private party. A pool party is a great way to celebrate a birthday, graduation, religious organization, or corporate event. Exclusive rentals are available Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Lifeguards are provided. Summer Camp Pool Reservations
Monday-Fridays: 1-4:50 pm
If you operate or organize a summer camp or day care, consider bringing the kids here to swim in our fabulous pool. It makes a great field trip for those long, hot summer days. Groups must make a reservation. Space is limited and reserved on a first come basis. Payment is due at each pool visit. Please call 727-363-2146 for availability and reservation.
