Where can I get free mulch?
Mulch is available free of charge at Egan Park. This mulch is the byproduct of yard/horticultural waste collected and treated at the Pinellas County Resource Recovery Plant. This mulch has been treated by allowing it to bake to a predetermined temperature and stirred regularly to assure pests are eliminated.
Please bring a shovel and a container. For other locations throughout Pinellas County, call 464-7500. For more information, click here.
