This assistance may include site visits to review existing problems and to assist the property owner in selecting the most appropriate measures to mitigate the problem. The Department will also provide advice and direction to someone contemplating developing or improving a property. However, our city Government does not render professional services to any person or corporation. If professional assistance is required, the property owner should solicit qualified design professionals and/or contractors.
