Sister City Committee meets on a quarterly basis (second Mondays at 10am). Its most important task is to propose goals and objectives, budget needs and policies for the sister city program while serving as official hosts for delegations from Sandown and/or the Isle of Wight. The Committee assists the Library Director/ Sister City Liaison in recruiting volunteers for sister city activities, soliciting businesses for donations and in promoting Sandown and the Isle of Wight in the community.
