Facility Support Program

  • Office Support Services (includes the assembling of new furniture, moving and repairing furniture, hanging of bulletin boards/plaques, transporting boxes of records, repairing recreational equipment, emptying recycle bins and the pick-up and delivery of voting equipment).
  • Room Setup Services (includes the setup of the Warren Webster Builidng, Don Vista Building and Upham Room). Setup includes the placing of tables, chairs and other equipment, for association meetings and election days.

Facilities Operations & Maintenance Program Services

  • Carry out repairs to city buildings including plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, carpentry, roofs, windows, floors, ceilings, overhead bay door, other doors and locks, parts fabrication, outdoor showers and installation of data cables.
