Tree Removal Permits

Tree Removal Permits must be obtained from the Parks Division. Our offices are located on the second floor of City Hall. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can also obtain a copy of the permit application here.

When you complete the application, you may either bring it to the office in person or mail it to the Parks Division, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706. If you need further information, please call (727) 363-9247.

The following are the Adminstrative Guidelines for Tree Removal. These should answer most of your questions about this process. If you wish, you can print them out by clicking here.
