DISASTER DEBRIS COLLECTION & REMOVAL – REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of St. Pete Beach will accept bids from qualified contractors that have extensive experience in disaster debris collection and removal for storm related weather events.  

All Contractors must contact the City’s Project Manager, in writing via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.),  with their intention to bid, along with their company name and contact information at least ten (10) business days before the bid package is due. 

A performance bond is required.

The City is accepting and prefers electronic bid submittals. Bids may be submitted online at the following address: https://filerequestpro.com/up/spb-bids by 10:00 AM EST on June 25th, 2020 (Deadline)Physical bid packages may still be mailed or delivered to the drop box outiside the southern entrance of City Hall. Physical Bids should be clearly marked as “Disaster Debris Collection & Removal” and addressed to Office of the City Clerk, City of St. Pete Beach, 155 Corey Ave., St. Pete Beach, FL 33706. This drop box will be emptied at 10:00 AM on June 25th, 2020 (Deadline).

All bids are due by 10:00 AM on June 26th, 2020.

2020 BRIDGE REPAIRS – REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting bids from qualified contractors that have extensive experience in bridge repair construction for repairs to the Vina del Mar and Boca Ciega Isle bridges.

All Contractors must contact the City’s Project Manager, in writing via e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.),  with their intention to bid, along with their company name and contact information at least ten (10) business days before the bid package is due.
