Library Cooperative-participating community

PPLC Card: any person living or visiting in a non-PPLC-participating
community (South Pasadena, Kenneth City, etc.)
Eligible for a $10 Green
St. Pete Beach Card: any person who will be “living” at
least 1 week but not quite 6 months in a PPLC-participating
community
All applicants must present
official documentation of “current” home address
and/or property ownership, with photo I.D.
Non-resident cards expire
in 1 year. Most Non-PPLC City Halls offer a partial rebate---usually
$75---to qualified residents.
