Current Site Plans in Review
The
Zoning Division, with the assistance of the other
departments, now reviews and approves all site plans
at the staff level. Those site plans which also require
variance approvals or a conditional use approval
are submitted to either the Board of Adjustment or
City Commission for approval of the variances or
conditional use prior to site plan review. Site plans which have been approved are here.
All
current site plans are available for viewing in the
office of the Zoning Administrator, located on the
first floor of City Hall in the Building Department.

Case 20060038: Gonzalo Valdes, Agent for Andrea Valdes, Owner. Requesting a conditional use for an outdoor restaurant and variances to the front yard setback and parking requirements to install an outside deck for seating. 6305 Gulf Boulevard. Site area: 8,925 sq. ft. Status: Approved.
