CIP Construction Manager- FDOT BAYWAY BRIDGE MEETING - The Florida Department of Transportation will hold a construction open house for the Bayway Bridge Replacement project in Pinellas County. The bridge is located along the Pinellas Bayway (S.R. 682) between Gulf Boulevard (S.R. 699) and west of S.R. 679/Sun Boulevard. The open house will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Magnuson Hotel Marina Cove, 6800 Sunshine Skyway Lane South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711. The Pinellas Bayway Bridge Replacement project will include replacing the existing two lane bascule bridge with a four lane fixed high-level bridge. Project information and display boards will be available and staff will be on-hand to answer questions. There will be no formal presentation therefore you are encouraged to drop in at your convenience during the above listed hours.
- Municipal Marina - The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for The City of St. Pete Beach to receive responses from qualified firms capable of assisting the City in completing the permitting and design process for the proposed 24-slip transient dock, as a part of the municipal marina. Proposals are due on Feb. 15, 2012, 1PM at City Hall.
- Elevator Service - The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified Service Contractors for Elevator Maintenance Services and services will include repairs, parts, adjustments, testing and lubrication of all components. Bids are due February 1, 2012, 10AM, at City Hall. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 25, 2012, at 1:00PM, at the Public Services Building.
- Stormwater Master Plan Request for Qualifications (RFQ) The City of St. Pete Beach will receive responses from qualified firms capable of assisting the City in completing a Stormwater Master Plan. From this process, the City intends to select a consultant capable of analyzing existing stormwater infrastructure and recommending solutions to stormwater drainage issues. Submittals are due by 1:00 pm on Friday, November 18, 2011 in the Office of the City Clerk, 155 Corey Avenue.
- Manhole Rehabilitation - The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Contractors for Manhole Rehabilitation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2011, at 1:00 PM. Meeting will be held at the Public Services Building located at 7581 Boca Ciega Dr., St. Pete Beach, FL, 33706. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2011, in the Office of the City Clerk, 155 Corey Avenue.
- Street Rehabilitation - The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Contractors for various street rehabilitation. BEAUTIFICATION AND TRAFFIC PROJECTS -Downtown Traffic Analysis - The City of St. Pete Beach is considering a downtown traffic analysis to find new ways to promote quality economic development, enhance alternative transportation modes and pedestrian safety, improve traffic flow and function and beautify the downtown area. An initial review of existing traffic patterns indicates a one-way couplet concept may contribute to meeting these goals, but additional technical analysis is required in order to verify the available options to be brought forward for additional public input which will be a critical component of any final action.
-Park & Parkway Landscape Maintenance - The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Contractors for: Landscape Maintenance Services for Parks, Parkways, and ROW, city-wide.
