Records Division

The Records Division Business Hours: M,T,TH,F: 8am-4pm, Wed: 8am-12pm Closed for lunch daily from 12-12:30pm. The Records Department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and is closed during all City observed holidays.

The Records Division serves a number of functions within the agency. Records personnel process all reports, entering the data into the Records Management System. This system is updated daily. Generally, police reports (including traffic accident investigations) are available to the public within two days, with the exception of on-going investigations or those classified as confidential per Florida State Statutes. In addition, the Records Division issues all parking permits for the city. Permits are issued to qualifying residents, property owners and visitors as outlined by City Ordinance.
